Guidelines for the quality, environmental and safety policy
1.TANATEX Deutschland GmbH is a progressive, dynamic and sustainable company. To this end, we set ourselves clear objectives and communicate them to all employees. Improvements and performance are measured and evaluated. Reports are provided on the results.
2.We regard our employees as a source of added value and creativity in our company, and encourage their commitment to improvements. We encourage further training and strengthen awareness of safety, health, environment and quality through information and training.
3.We respect all social standards and values. We regard personal integrity and mutual respect as fundamental pillars of our corporate culture.
4.We act in accordance with the principles of Responsible Care® and Sustainable Development for the protection of employees, the environment and society. At TANATEX Deutschland GmbH, the interests of environmental protection, health, safety and quality are placed on an equal footing with economic objectives.
5.We strive for high quality of our products, services and actions, and understand this collectively as corporate quality. In this respect, we take account of the interests of employees, customers, suppliers, owners as well as of neighbours and society.
6.We are a reliable and competent partner for our customers. We recognise their expectations at an early stage, react speedily to their requirements and thus achieve a continuous increase in their satisfaction.
7.We regard our suppliers and service providers as partners whose competence and reliability are equally as important criteria for us when selecting suppliers as is adherence to our corporate ethics principles.
8.We are committed to extensive protection of the environment and maximum safety. To this end, we develop environmentally friendly products and reduce environmental burdens, in order to achieve a continuous improvement in our environmental performance. We report publicly on our progress.
9.We generate trust in our corporate dealings through open and respectful dialogue with our customers, employees, suppliers, owners, authorities and the public. We provide necessary information.
10.We use a process oriented, integrated management system in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for quality and environmental management, in order to achieve a continuous improvement in our performance and to meet our targets in an efficient manner. An open-minded attitude towards change and steadfastness in terms of basic values are prerequisites for global success in a changing environment. Through our signature, we confirm the application of these principles for our actions and require all employees of TANATEX Deutschland GmbH to act accordingly.
