As per the mandatory regulations on industrial safety, environmental protection and the transport of hazardous goods, we are obliged to indicate all changes and deviations concerning the composition of our products. This is done by the addition of numbers to the product descriptions (01, 02, etc.) Nevertheless, this marking has no effect whatsoever on the specifications of the products.
Exclusion of liability (concerning the products marketed)
The above information as well as our technical notes – irrespective of the form – are provided by us to the best of our knowledge; nevertheless, they do not constitute any guarantee or assurance. This also apples for the existence of any third-party rights. The notes issued by us are non-binding and do not release you, as customer, from the obligation to test the products in terms of their suitability for the use intended by you. As the area of deployment, the use and the processing of our products are beyond our control, you bear sole responsibility for the handling of our products. We also draw attention to the fact that we sell our products in accordance with our currently applicable General Terms and Conditions of Business and Delivery.

The above comments are merely guidelines for our business partners and other parties interested in our products. As the conditions under which you, as customer, use our products are beyond our control, you must first of all test these in order to ascertain whether the products are suitable for the use intended by you. Any such analysis must satisfy not only technical aspects but also environmental protection, health and safety aspects. We draw your attention to the fact that our statements are based on the state of the art at the time of publication; nevertheless, they will not be updated on an ongoing basis. The data on the quality, constituents and characteristics of products or part products is based on our level of knowledge at the time of publication. Our statements do not constitute either a guarantee or an assurance. We draw your explicit attention to the fact that we assume no liability whatsoever for damage resulting from the use of the guide recipes. The exclusion of liability covers contractual claims as well as quasi contractual claims and claims from tortuous act.
Disclaimer (as per legal ruling on additives)
According to this ruling, “auxiliary processing materials” are substances which are not themselves consumed as food extracts, however are used in the processing and treatment of raw materials, food or its ingredients for technological reasons and can leave unintentional, technically unavoidable residue or residue derivatives in the final product, subject to the proviso of this residue being without reservation from a health point of view and having no technical effects on the final product.
If customers use our above mentioned products as “auxiliary processing materials” in the food processing industry, this shall be on the exclusive responsibility of the customer. Application, use and processing of our products and of the products produced by customers on the basis of our application advising are therefore outside of our sphere of control. Consequently, we must exclude all liability on our part.
