The production unit in Leverkusen is equipped to carry out a large range of chemical reactions from simple mixing to complicated Synthesis. We are qualified and registered to handle many raw materials (Vielstoffbetrieb) for complex Synthesis and formulation technology. Amongst others we can manufacture products based on:
- Ethoylation and propoxylation from Glycerine, Fat Alcohols, fatty acids etc.
- Polymerisation. Production of special Polyurethanes.
- Condensation and Quaternisation. Synthesis from fatty acid amines with Benzylchloride or Dimethylsulphate.
- Various procedures,Sulphonation and Reacter addition.
We have our own dedicated R&D team consisting of chemists in addition to our own Pilot Plant to guide the process of developing new products wit our partners.
